All returns must be pre-authorized by AccuSoft customer service. Please contact our customer service department by email or phone for a Return Authorization. Your request for a Return Authorization must be made within 30 days of the date you receive the product. You must return all of the materials you received (CD, manuals, etc.) with the product. If the product package has been opened, or if you have been issued an Authorization Key via electronic delivery or telephone (downloaded software), you must complete and sign an Affidavit of Software Destruction before any refund is issued. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 business days of the receipt of your return.
Products not purchased directly from AccuSoft must be returned to the place of purchase, and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.
AccuSoft Enterprises does not profile you as you browse our site. While our server logs record the IP address, browser type, and referrer, those items are in no way linked to your personal information. The only time information that identifies you is collected is when you enter information into one of the request forms so that we can respond to your request.
We will not rent, loan, sell, or share the information you give us to any third parties. The only times we will communicate your information to anyone else is during order processing so that we can process your credit card or ship your product. If you fill out a request form on our site, and you indicate that you would like to be contacted, we may forward your request, including your personal information (never your credit card or any other financial information) to one of our regional resellers. We normally do this with requests from clients that are not in the United States when we have a reseller in a country near your own.
We may use your email address to keep in touch with you about your order and occasional special offers. These will not be frequent and will only come from us. When we develop new products or have updates to existing ones, we may let you know. If you want to opt out, then just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate that you do not want to be notified.
When you place an order on our site, all of your information is encrypted when it is transmitted to our servers.
